We visited Castlefield Car Centre on Saturday to look at a car we'd viewed online. On arrival the car was outside waiting for us to view. We were given the keys and left alone to inspect at our leisure, having been advised that if we needed any information they were there to help. We dealt with a gentleman called Billy who was very knowledgeable (and helpful) about all aspects of the vehicle, from the car itself to all he control panels, sound systems, sat nav, etc etc. The car itself was in pristine condition. The process of purchase was explained clearly, that (although it had a few months to go) it would be MOT'd on Monday & ready to collect by Tuesday afternoon. This happened as described.

We collected the car yesterday afternoon and again, the process was seamless with MOT done. They filled the online forms for us in order to tax it. The paperwork, manuals, Sat Nav SD card etc all ready. Billy was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with both professionally & personally. Credit where credit's due.

We have only had the car for 24 hours but everything appears to be fine. If it turned out not to be so I would return to update this review but it isn't my expectation. Our experience thus far deserves the 5 star rating I've given.

I notice that the low reviews seem to relate to people travelling to view a car only to find it's been sold. This certainly didn't happen to us at CCC but it did happen to us at another garage last week and it is very annoying, luckily we hadn't travelled far. I'm sure the company would improve their rating further by making sure this didn't happen. Just a thought :)

They delivered the car the next day in great condition and servicing it fully. The only thing was the second key wasn't brought with the first key and failed to come in the post meaning we had to pick it up but other than that it's 10/10 service and would go here again. Would definitely recommend this company! The gentlemen that work there are a credit to the business! I bought my first car from Castlefield Car Centre and I have to say I was incredibly nervous because I was doing it on my own with very little help. However, they couldn't have been any more helpful. They were patient and friendly on the phone, answered all of my questions respectively and honestly, and were just genuinely nice people. They even sent away all the paperwork (MOT & Road Tax) making this whole experience quick and stress free. Because this is my first car, I was not that confident to get behind the wheel straight away, so, they drove the car right to my front door at no extra charge. Lovely to talk to! They went over all the features of the car and mentioned that if there were any problems to give them a call. The car arrived in great condition, I'm so happy with it! Overall, my experience with this company has been great, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

For me, the real way to discover the quality of a customer service is how they deal with things when things done go according to plan. Which is what happened when I recently bought a 2013 MINI from Castlefield Car Centre. There seemed to be no issue during the test drive but a week after purchasing it a warning appeared on the dash as well as some performance was inconsistencies. I contacted Castlefield Car Centre straight away, who asked to drop the car off. They took charge of the situation in getting it repaired and test driving to ensure the issue was resolved. In this case the car went to the garage a 2nd time and the main fault was discovered and fixed not before they took it for another test drive. In total the car was being repaired for about a week and has been running great ever since. I would buy from them again, in confidence, that should a car develop an issue, Castlefield Car Centre would not shy away in fixing it.

Absolutely fantastic pair of nice guys. Sold me an ace of a car, probably 500 quid cheaper than its worth. Put new battery and new clutch on because they felt they may fail in six months or so.
They claim they want to maintain their reputation, well they have, would recommend to anyone out there. Top of the lot.
